FAQ's on Mindful Sessions

Just Bee by Anushe mindful sessions provide a space to just BE. We are always on autopilot, doing several things at a time and with hundreds of things on our mind. We therefore tend to focus on the do-ing, and lose focus from the be-ing. Here are some of the common questions answered:

1) Do I need to know what mindfulness is to attend your session? NO. Beginners to meditation and mindfulness are welcome.

2) What are your sessions comprised of? I typically start with a guided meditation, and facilitate different types of meditation and reflection (like journaling). My workshops also have a lot of discussion around defining mindfulness and happiness.

3) My body is not flexible. Can I still attend? YES! Sessions sometimes involve gentle stretching, and no you do not have to be a yogi to attend. A lot of yoga happens off the mat, and that’s the focus of these sessions: how we can carry mindfulness into our everyday lives.
